Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Window

Authorized returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, contact us within this window with your order details and reason for return. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted unless the product defect was latent and not discoverable upon reasonable inspection at delivery.

2. Eligible Return Conditions

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Products received damaged or defective
• Products received that do not match the description or order specifications
• Incorrect items shipped due to our error
• Products that are missing parts or components as described

Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition and packaging. Products that have been used, modified, resold, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or resold
• Products returned without prior authorization
• Custom or special-order products
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the buyer
• Products returned after the 30-day window has expired

4. Return Authorization Process

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by VEXON prior to shipment. To request an RMA:

• Email ventas@vexonsupplygroup.com with your order number, item description, and reason for return
• Include photographic evidence of damage or defect where applicable
• We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions

Unauthorized returns (without an RMA number) may be refused or returned to sender at buyer's expense.

5. Refund Processing

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items, subject to product availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange as part of the RMA process.

7. Shipping for Returns

For returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect items), VEXON will cover the return shipping cost. For other authorized returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.
