VEXON SUPPLY GROUP LLC ships wholesale orders to business buyers across the United States. All shipments originate from U.S.-based distribution points. This policy describes our shipping practices, delivery estimates, and responsibilities for orders placed through vexonsupplygroup.com or directly with our wholesale team.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Standard processing time is 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance. For large or custom orders, processing time may extend to 5 business days. You will receive order confirmation and tracking information via email once your shipment has been dispatched.
| Method | Estimated Delivery | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Standard Ground | 5–8 business days | Continental U.S. |
| Expedited | 2–3 business days | Continental U.S. |
| Freight / LTL | Varies by destination | Large volume orders |
Delivery estimates are approximate and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Shipping quotes will be provided at the time of order confirmation. For large-volume or recurring wholesale accounts, negotiated shipping rates may apply — contact our sales team to discuss.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time and shipping costs. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of order confirmation, contact us at ventas@vexonsupplygroup.com.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please:
For shipments lost in transit, please allow the estimated delivery window to pass before reporting. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve lost shipment claims promptly.
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the buyer upon delivery of the products to the carrier at the point of shipment. VEXON is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier after products have been tendered for shipment.
For large orders requiring freight (LTL or FTL shipping), delivery terms and scheduling will be coordinated directly with the buyer. A loading dock or freight lift is recommended for receiving large pallet shipments. Additional terms may apply for freight orders — our team will communicate these at the time of order.
